Detector (details)

The new standard for contract safety scans and reliable user insight

Detector is a cutting-edge solution for not only scanning token contracts but also determining their overall safety: It distinguishes itself from competitors by closely leveraging the benefits and drawbacks of all popular legacy bots on the market, and it is both integrated into our sniper technology and available as a separate module.

Why Detector? This bot's essence extends beyond simply scanning a crypto contract to include the entire ecosystem of users as well as relevant information on how the distribution of wallets and funds within that ecosystem can impact investment decisions.

Peer Acknowledgement and Inspiration Bee Tools wants to publicly thank the many people and organizations who came before us for their hard work!

From cornerstones like Etherscan, which is now commonly baked into the DNA of DeFi, to literally hundreds of proprietary solutions that are currently available in private or public, we thank you all!

Over the years, our team has drawn inspiration from literally hundreds of solutions, and as a result, we are committed to continuously contributing to a safer decentralized crypto environment.

Design and Safety With user safety in mind, we focused every step of our development cycle on matching and, where possible, exceeding peer performance, which resulted in several Bee Tools unique methods to achieve faster and more accurate results, as well as dive deeper than many peers.

Detector distinguishes itself from competitors by closely leveraging the benefits and drawbacks of all popular legacy bots on the market, and it is both integrated into our sniper technology and available as a separate module.

Intuitive and user-friendly interface The intuitive and user-friendly interface of Bee Tools is designed to meet the requirements of both novice and seasoned traders. Its design enables novices to quickly grasp essential functions while offering advanced features to seasoned traders.

Holistic View Detector analyzes the user network and the distribution of funds across wallets, providing users with a true holistic view of the crypto project's health and potential risks. This approach is different from traditional contract scanning because it lets users make better investment decisions by looking at not only the contract but also the distribution patterns and dynamics of the community as a whole. This can have a big impact on the success and longevity of their investments.

Main Features and Advantages:

Pioneer Review The first 100 buyers of any cryptocurrency project are commonly referred to as a project's pioneers, often a group of people who believed in a project when it was nothing more than an idea. These early buyers are critical in launching the project's ecosystem and frequently have a decisive influence on the overall project direction and level of success.

Pioneer Review provides a graphical representation of the behavior, tracking movements such as sells and token transfers as well as the volatility of actions such as aggressive dumps.

Holder Bubble Map Bubble Maps are a bird's-eye view of how the underlying wallets in any given crypto project are related to one another. Indicators include bubble size (emphasizing wallet size), bubble proximity to one another (emphasizing wallet correlation), bubble color (differentiating wallets), and so on.

In summary, this overview provides a quick and visual insight that users can use to determine the number of snipers, the number of multiwallets, and the overall quick safety (or lack thereof) assessment of a project.

Investor Insight Map Investor Insight is a visual interpretation of historical trading behavior found in on-chain data from wallets associated with a project's top 100 holders. It will classify holders into three groups based on their prior and current token holdings.

  • Investors who are thought to be long-term thinkers

  • Speculators who are considered short-term investors

  • New wallets with no or few prior historical transactions

It is important to note that, while Investor Insight information is valuable, it should always be considered in conjunction with other DYOR information, and that prior actions are not a strict guarantee that the same holder behavior will follow in the future.

Project Mirror By simply entering the CA (contract address) of project A and B, users can compare the top 100 holders of one crypto project (Project A) with their current holdings or historical activity in another project (Project B).

This enables our users to quickly identify potential relationships and investment trends between the two projects by providing a comprehensive overview of these influential users. When 'twins' are found, they are displayed with Etherscan links for further manual research because the correlation is neither positive nor negative but insightful: it simply points a Detector user to a needle in the haystack.

Airdrop Scan Our Airdrop Scanner is a powerful tool for investigating the distribution of token airdrops within a crypto project. It meticulously tracks the distribution of any airdrops sent to the top 100 holders and monitors the activity of the wallets that hold these tokens. Furthermore, it keeps track of the quantity of airdropped tokens even when they are manually transferred to new or secondary wallets, or "shaved" into multiple smaller quantities to conceal their origins from the unwary eye.

Fresh Wallets This feature scans all holders in a project to determine the total number of new wallets. Users can re-scan the results at any time to see the absolute number of new wallets as well as the percentage of new wallets in relation to the total number of wallets in the project. This feature allows users to track the project's and community's growth over time, and (in combination with bubblemaps) it can provide valuable insights such as the number of “shaved” wallets, which can lead to insight on top-holder exit strategies when examined closely.

Project Team Scan Even in the world of decentralized finance and anonymity, tracing back historical on-chain data can reveal a wealth of information. Our Project Team scanner conducts a deep-dive scan, sending out scouting bees through historical on-chain data to look for overlap between team-related wallets and previous crypto projects.

A scan will either yield no results or, ideally, reveal a sea of information containing details such as prior project financial data and wallet correlation. We recommend that users review the output and, if necessary, contact the project team for clarification. Not every removal of liquidity, for example, is a rug, but it is certainly a good reason to ask questions.

Similarly, we recommend that users exercise caution when working on projects with zero scan results and that novice users be wary of project teams' claims that they have worked on previous projects without providing concrete evidence. DYOR!

Tax Wallet Scan Tax wallet scanners, which have become common practice, should naturally be part of any good contract scanner's repertoire. Our scanner displays the total amount of tax collected by a project team on both the buy and sell volume of token transactions, as well as a detailed look at the wallet or wallets that hold the team tax (subject to project contract variation).

Where possible, our scanner tracks tax wallets to identify and display common practices such as team buybacks, burns, and sells, as well as to issue warnings when unusual activities occur, such as transfers of a tax wallet to an exchange.

Warnings do not always imply wrongdoing; however, if a team has not publicly disclosed a large transfer, it is common practice for the community to raise questions.

Legacy Features and Relevancy Detector, of course, includes a large amount of all relevant data found in legacy contract scanners by default, such as liquidity locks, current tax values, social addresses, potential warnings, and so on. It is simply a necessary tool for any type of investor, whether novice or seasoned.

Bee Tools is committed to maintaining legacy features for as long as they are useful to our community members, and is constantly working to add new features to keep Detector relevant and at the forefront of informative tooling aimed at improving investor safety and transparency.

To summarize, Detector is a sophisticated solution that not only scans token contracts but also assesses their overall security. It offers a comprehensive view of the ecosystem, including user networks and fund distribution, and provides users with insights that have a significant impact on investment decisions.
